General Terms and Conditions
Scope:
It is our aim to always serve you to your complete satisfaction, including our fair terms and conditions.
By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
Deliveries are limited to delivery addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe.
We only supply factory new products in original brand quality.
Delivery conditions:
CH: We will ship your order within 1- 2 days after receipt of order and payment with PostPac Priority. We will ship your order within 3 - 5 days after receipt of order and payment with PostPac Economy.
EU: We will ship your order within 3 - 5 days after receipt of order and payment.
The orders are usually sent together in one package and not in single shipments.
Orders & prices:
In the event of delay in delivery, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone. You have the option, if the delivery has not yet been sent, to have it cancelled. Price and assortment changes as well as technical changes remain reserved. All offers are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by SumUp. The following credit/debit cards are accepted:
Shipping charges:
CH: Orders from a purchase value of CHF 100.- or more will be sent free of charge.
For orders with purchase value below CHF 100.- we charge CHF 8.50 - for economy and CHF 10.50 - for priority shipping.
EU: the shipping costs (according to the weight) apply to the order and are due by the buyer.
Discounted items are not taken back or exchanged.
Data protection:
TRRB records and uses data in the course of processing the order and with the purpose of making shopping as easy as possible for the returning customer. The personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
These data can be viewed at any time in the password-protected login area.
